We wanted to create a range of totes that would be your one bag to get you through your day. Some of our family need a larger bag than others.

Our totes are made from 100% jute, cotton/linen fabric, 100% genuine leather and 100% EVA waterproof lining (BPA free).

We do not want to add to the problems caused by single use plastic packaging, therefore our products are packaged in a re-useable cotton envelope.  Where possible all packaging is recycled and re-used.  In our office all paper we use is recycled and we use a percentage of renewable energy.  We continue to take steps towards a greener future.

Our totes are meant to be used, so we understand your bag may become dirty. Due to the carefully selected materials, out totes are to be spot cleaned only. Please use a mild detergent on the jute and fabrics and dry naturally in the shade.

•   Do not put in the washing machine or tumble dry

•   Do not dry-clean

•   Do not dry in the sun

•   Do not store wet

The leather can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.  Nourish from time to time with an approved leather conditioner.  Always do a spot test before using the conditioner.  Never use products that contact lanoline (i.e. baby wipes).

The internal of your tote can be wiped out with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars.  Some orders may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination.  Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates.  Any additional charges must be borne by the Customer.

GST is included in the total price charged for goods and shipping for orders within Australia and those shipped internationally.

mbcollective accepts Visa and MasterCard payments.  For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.  We do not accept cash or cheques.

No, we do not save any of your payment details. This means you will be asked to enter them each time you place an order.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully completed your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam email firstly before contacting us on sales@mbcollective.com.au.

We ship to most parts of the world!

Shipping charges and delivery options are calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the items you have ordered and the country of destination.  We do not deliver to PO boxes.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

All deliveries have tracking online through Australia Post.

mbcollective cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost or damaged packages in transit.
